The mission of the Work River Falls initiative is to provide support to employers facing workforce challenges by raising awareness to existing and future opportunities within our community.

As a premiere Wisconsin city, River Falls is home to a variety of companies and organizations seeking talented employees situated in the area. Join in discussion and planning regarding workforce growth and development in River Falls at monthly meetings to be held at 3:00 p.m. the second Thursday of each month (beginning in November 2018) at the St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center.

I am so incredibly grateful to have landed my dream job in River Falls after commuting to the Twin Cities for a few years. The extra time I now have to spend with family and do the things I love has improved my quality of life more that I can even put into words.
